Police have been trying to find a hit-and-run driver who may have been involved in the puzzling traffic death.
Police said the mother of two apparently lost control of her vehicle and it landed on its side in a ditch. However, her body ended up 120 feet away in the opposite lane of traffic.
Ms. Johnson was struck by a white car that left the scene.
Police said they do not know if she died from the initial wreck or from being struck by the car.
