Charlsie Sims died on Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at home with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Blanche Thomas, of Chickamauga, Ga.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Sims Sr.; sisters, Bobbie (Ronnie) Creek, Joyce (Ben) Pettitt and Eva Jo (Roger) Bell; children, Donna (Steve) Blum, Paul Jr. (Ann) Sims and Angela (Kevin) Heathcoe; grandchildren, Tracy, Ashley, Russ, Haley, Stefani, Kristen, Brandy, Maury and Brian; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, at New Liberty Baptist Church in Ringgold.
