Still Waiting To Hear The American Muslim Outcry - And Response (6)
posted November 10, 2009

America of late has become very timid and tries too hard to be politically correct. Well, I don't know about you, but I believe our nation is under assault. Political correctness is not one of my priorities, nor, if you are enchanted with the concept of freedom, should it be one of yours.
If we intend to keep this nation intact, we all must guard against those whom wish to overthrow it.

One of America's great assets is our freedom, which includes the right to practice (or not) your particular brand of religion. The first Amendment of the Constitution provides us with the separation of church and state and allows all Americans to pursue their particular faith, but does not include the right to practice sedition. Any group or person that calls for or incites others to attack our nation should be held accountable. This includes fire-brand rhetoric coming from radical preachers and or holy men of any faith. If such behavior is known about it, is traitorous and must be addressed.

To the American Muslim community, I say, it's time to speak up. Your freedom and way of life is under attack. What will you do?

I have grown impatient, waiting on more of the American Muslim community to call the horrific attack at Fort Hood what it is, a terror attack on mother America. How long will you wait before speaking out against the radicals among you whom masquerade as martyrs killing infidels? They are not what they claim to be, but they do begrudge our nation's freedom. These radicals do not believe in the American principle of inclusiveness, especially when it concerns women and other religions.

Will you come to America's aid, or will you sit back and watch our motherland suffer and bleed like she's not a part of you? Is she not a part of you? Is she not the matriarch that allows you the greatest freedom? Well I believe she is, and I believe the Muslim community knows this as well. But I'm still waiting for you to help us stop our mother's internal bleeding.

How long will it take for all of the American Muslim community to come to her aid? I'm not talking about your quite devotion and your steadfast love for this country, I'm talking about an outspoken, mad as heck response to any group that wishes to destroy our motherland.

Here in America, we embrace inclusiveness and do enjoy a variety of rainbow folk and culture. We are the most tolerant nation on this planet. What more do you expect from your motherland? How much more can she possible give? Our nation is under siege, and unfortunately for the American Islamic, those that laid this siege, happen to be Muslim.

Where is the American Muslim outcry? Why can't I hear it? I'm not only speaking to the Muslims who came to this land for a better life but to those from birth that have called America home. If you wish to make America a better place, now is the time to speak up. To all loyal Americans that happen to be Muslim, now is the time to render aid to your bleeding mother. Without your help, she may continue to slowly bleed. If you do not help her to combat the radicals among you, she may not remain so inclusive.

I am surprised there has not been articles of outrage written regarding the Fort Hood massacre and what it so clearly demonstrates our country is facing.

This was a terror attack, period. It was based on radical Muslim belief and teaching. The drive-by media has been predictable in their coverage. The perpetrator was teased for years; he was not treated politically correctly. Every veteran I spoke to regarding this issue told me teasing is a part of military life. No excuses.

The truth is, after he became a doctor in the military at the taxpayers' expense, when it came time to be deployed to an active theater of war, his radical Islamic beliefs came to life with the barrels of two pistols. He gave away his personal belongings just as the homicide bombers do when preparing for their trip to paradise. He had researched homicide bombing, but evidently did not have the guts for that, thank God. If he had done that, we would not have a perpetrator we can execute.

President Obama should have spoken out as quickly and much more stronger than he did. He reacted quicker to the incident with Cambridge Professor Gates being arrested than the massacre at Fort Hood. At least the D.C. sniper, John Mohammad, is meeting his justice tonight, not after 20+ years later of keeping him healthy and well fed.

Following the twin towers attack by muslims, this nation went on alert by standards set by the Department of Defense and the White House. For the next four years our government established color codes for the different levels of threats. Red being the highest. No one knows the threat level today because liberals demand this country to be a multicultural nation, politicly correct, and have a touchy touchy feel good attitude.

Mr. Bolt you want hear American muslim outcry because they're not loyal to the U.S.A. Just ask Maj. Nidal Malkin Hasan where his loyalty stands (he's a terrorist). The United States of America needs to take a stand for God and country or we will be a muslim nation within six years.

The Council on American-Muslin Relations condemned the attack at Ft. Hood. Here is part of the statement they released:

“We condemn this cowardly attack in the strongest terms possible and ask that the perpetrators be punished to the full extent of the law. No religious or political ideology could ever justify or excuse such wanton and indiscriminate violence. The attack was particularly heinous in that it targeted the all-volunteer army that protects our nation. American Muslims stand with our fellow citizens in offering both prayers for the victims and sincere condolences to the families of those killed or injured.”

Is that a strong enough statement for you, or would you like a written apology from every Muslim in the U.S.? I’m still waiting for right wing Christian groups to denounce the Oklahoma City bombing by terrorist Timothy McVeigh. Did you call for an apology then?

And by the way, President Obama did not issue a statement about the arrest of Professor Gates. He was asked about the incident at a press conference shortly after the incident happened. And if he didn’t answer the question, I’m sure you would have complained about that too.

I do not approve of the Fort Hood incident, and I don’t believe anyone should have been killed. With that being said, can we ask ourselves what he must have felt to get him to this point? The man cracked under the pressure from his family, his military/employer while facing combat in his homeland. I do not believe that this was in any way a terrorist attack. No cell funded his activity, and he’s not been brainwashed to execute Americans.

It was reported that this man voiced his disbelief in Muslims fighting for America in Muslim nations, years ago. Why can’t it be that we should not be overseas fighting? We don’t need to be there, period. Obama promised to send the troops home and, well, started another war and sent even more soldiers. Quit calling it a terrorist attack. If he didn’t believe in the war overseas and didn’t believe he should go there to fight, that doesn’t make him a terrorist. He definitely didn’t handle it appropriately to say the very, very least, but it still doesn’t make him a terrorist.

We have to stop labeling those committing violent acts of ethnicity as terrorists. When we occupy other countries for the personal interest, power and greed of our government, you can’t expect folks to keep going along with it. Ask them to keep going and act like nothing is wrong. Those days are over. I hope we don’t see any more bloodshed, but I wouldn’t doubt it, seeing the times that we are in and the head that this is coming to. Could you expect me as an American to come to the U.S. and fight if I didn’t believe in why we were fighting? No. We have profilers for everything else. Where were they when they were deciding to send the shooter overseas to fight his own nation in a state of disbelief and instability?

I don't recall anyone demanding an outcry from all white males when Timothy McVeigh blew up the federal building in Oklahoma killing and maiming many, children included. Where was the 'outcry' from the white male community then? Furthermore, what does a choice made by one lone individual, of which the FBI and the military both have determined Major Hasan acted alone, have to do with an entire group or people based on their ethnicity or religion?

Don't think for a minute atrocities and inhumane acts aren't taken place in other parts of the world based on "Christianity."

Suffering is suffering and pain is pain, no matter who is on the receiving end of it. No one nation's suffering is greater than the other, and no one nation's people are any more or less righteous and deserving of anymore or less compassion than the other. There are horrific acts and atrocities taking place on all sides against innocent people. In the war zone, it's simply called 'collateral' damage.

And no. I belong to no particular religion and hold no one particular belief over another. All major religions have flaws, their shortcomings and some level of extremism.

Carrie Hopkins states, "We have to stop labeling those committing violent acts of ethnicity as terrorists."

What on Earth are "violent acts of ethnicity"? Is that maybe liberal-speak for politically correct profiling? If I'm gonna be PC, I really need to understand the terminology.

Can we determine someone's ethnicity by examining his violent acts? For our own safety, please explain to the rest of us the nature of British violent acts, as opposed to French ones, and German versus Italian, etc. We need to know those things so we can relax and say, "Oh, don't worry about that; it's just another [Brit, Frenchman, German, etc.] blowing off steam. It's an ethnic thing."

But when we heard of the 'alleged' shooter's triumphant yell at Fort Hood, most of us already knew all we needed to know. Sure, that's profiling, and it's politically incorrect. We're not supposed to think that way. We're all just supposed to play dumb, right?

God help us--at least, those of us who still think living in America ought to mean something special, and who would like to continue living in America.
