David Blevins was located by detectives the Big Ridge Apartments, at 6320 Hixson Pike.
He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for processing and will be picked up by Sullivan County officers on Tuesday.
Blevins also faces a Dec. 4 court date here in Hamilton County on seven counts of aggravated sexual battery.
