I will take God's word over Joel Olsteen's or Dolly's and I love Dolly. Today's news is equal to yesterday's National Enquirer. Most of us define our morals by watching our heroes struggle with their moral issues.
Love and forgiveness are essential spiritual powers, but we must not forget that Intelligence, principles and laws are also spiritual powers. If one is constantly struggling, then perhaps that person may need to re-evaluate their own moral compass.
My thought is to stay away from anything or anyone who may cause me to stumble or struggle. Stay away from hardened hearts that discard us like yesterday's coffee and remember
Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. " Now, thats about all I need to read today.
