Ms. Jacobs has eight years of health care regulatory experience working as an associate for law firms in Cleveland, Ohio and Nashville. She specializes in transactional, operational and regulatory matters for health care providers and other companies. During her legal career, she has worked with hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, long term care facilities, physicians and physician organizations, imaging centers and other specialty providers.
Ms. Jacobs graduated from Duke University School of Law in South Carolina as a law alumni scholar. While attending Duke, she was a member of the Black Law Students Association and American Bar Association Law Student Division.
Erlanger Health System is a nonprofit teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga.
