The incident occurred at the First Vision Bank. The suspect made contact with tellers via telephone and gave them specific instructions on how to gather the money for him. After he retrieved the money, he left the scene in a dark blue SUV and was last seen headed eastbound on Interstate 24 going towards Chattanooga.
A person of interest in this bank robbery is described as a white, heavy-set male with a beard. He was last seen at Walmart at 490 Greenway View Dr. in Chattanooga and was driving a mid-2000’s, dark blue Ford Expedition with tan or brown trim above the wheels, similar to the Eddie Bauer trim package. It is believed that the man possibly lives in the Chattanooga or surrounding area.
