A motorcyclist has filed suit against the owners of a dog that he said ran out in front of him, causing him to crash.
Nakia M. Thompson is suing George Martin and Tinishia Collier for $350,000 in Circuit Court.
Mr. Thompson said he was going east on Juandale Trail in Chattanooga on Jan. 9 when "suddenly and without any warning" the dog ran out and caused him to crash and suffer painful injuries.
The couple failed to keep the dog under proper control, it was charged in the suit filed by attorney Glenn Copeland.
