Lawing, Margaret "Peggy" Wren posted November 21, 2004
She was a member of Grand Center Baptist Church. She retired from Walker County Water and Sewage Authority after 17 ˝ years of service. Peggy’s husbands, C. T. Wren and F. Lee Lawing, sons, Roger and Billy Wren, brothers, Curtis, Lindsey H., James and Roger Bennett and sister, Anna C. Bush preceded her in death. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Janet Wren; grandsons, Ronny Wren and Michael Wren; granddaughters, Lisa Wren Wood and Cindy Wren; great-grandson, Matthew Wren, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the South Crest Chapel with Rev. Warren Scott officiating. Burial will be at Grand Center Baptist Cemetery. Visitation is from 3-9 p.m. on Monday at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home, (706) 866-5151. |
