City Staying With CIGNA For Health Insurance posted March 15, 2005 The city plans to continue using CIGNA for its healthcare coverage for another year. City officials said CIGNA has agreed to continue the present coverage with no rate increase. Officials said the only change would be for the copay for specialists would go up from $20 to $30. There was a five percent increase by CIGNA to the city the previous year. |
