A free Home Buyers Workshop will be offered at the Glenwood Recreation Center on Saturday, April 23 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Crye Leike Realtors Dena Smith and Frenise Mann will tell participants what they need to know and what to look for when shopping for a new home. Gerald Harris from AmSouth Bank will also be available to talk to participants about home loan programs available to directly assist first time home buyers.
Door prizes will be handed out.
