Disabilities Act Anniversary Tuesday At Coolidge Park

Mayor Ron Littlefield and County Mayor Claude Ramsey will be present for the 15th anniversary celebration of the “Americans with Disabilities Act” on Tuesday, July 26, at Coolidge Park.

The event kicks off at 10 a.m. with remarks and reading of proclamations.

This is the first year Chattanooga Parks and Recreation is partnering with the Moccasin Bend Mental Health organization for the celebration.

Approximately 15 organizations will setup at Coolidge Park from 10 a.m. – noon providing information on services that are available to individuals with disabilities/special needs and their families.

Cake and other refreshments will be served to everyone participating in the celebration.
