Once again the Hamilton County Commission sits in contemplation of increasing local property taxes. Once again Stand for Children and the Hamilton County Education Association proclaim their lust for the money of Hamilton County’s property owners.
The Bible commands, “Thou shalt not covet…” (Exodus 20:17). The evildoers will not stop by breaking one of God’s laws for they wish to use force and fraud to take the money of property owners and use it for their own devices.
The Bible also commands, “Thou shalt not steal” (Exodus 20:15). Thank goodness some of our elected officials stand for morality and opposes the plans of these evildoers.
A quick survey of Hamilton County’s political landscape shows that only one political party, the Hamilton County Libertarian Party, consistently stands for morality and obedience of God’s law. All who are concerned about morality in our county should visit hclp.org and learn more about these champions of liberty and morality.
