A Soddy-Daisy house burned to the ground early Sunday morning.
The Soddy-Daisy Fire Department responded on the call to 11723 ½ Back Valley Road shortly before 5 a.m.
Upon arrival fire crews reported the structure was fully involved. There was no one home at the time of the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
It is unclear at this time where the fire started in the residence, officials said.
The home was a total loss. Estimated loss is $65,000.
Soddy-Daisy fire investigators will be following up.
