Hullco, located on East Brainerd Road near I-75, is now offering Armor Glass Plus windows, owner Bill Hullander said.
The windows made by Gorell Windows and Doors of Indiana, Pa., were earlier featured on an episode of "It Takes A Thief" on the Discovery Channel.
They will be highlighted in a second episode of the show, which will air on Monday, Dec. 5.
The episode deals with a widowed woman who switches to the special windows on her houseboat, Mr. Hullander said.
He said the windows offer greater security, sound control, safety, energy savings and UV protection.
Mr. Hullander said in tests the special windows withstand more than 30 blows from a baseball ba before a hole the size of a quarter appears.
