Everyone is welcome to meet the candidates for public office in the Hamilton County May 2 primary elections during Coffee with the Candidates on April 18.
The event will be held from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at Waterhouse Pavilion in Miller Plaza downtown.
Coffee with the Candidates is sponsored by the Leadership Chattanooga Alumni Association (LCAA), WDEF News 12 and Sunny 92.3 FM.
“The goal is to have as many people as possible stop by the Pavilion to meet and greet candidates running for Hamilton County offices and enjoy a free cup of Starbucks coffee,” said LCAA President Kim Turner. “This is also an opportunity for the candidates to make clear their positions on important issues by talking to voters face to face.”
Both WDEF-TV and Sunny 92.3 will broadcast live from the Pavilion on April 18.
