There will be food, games, fellowship, fun activities and a worship service. People are asked to bring a chair or blanket to the outside event.
Church members will be grilling free hot dogs for all in attendance. There will be live music from Contrast and other area musicians. Vision 2 Hear will be performing their unique dance ministry based on American sign language and set to contemporary Christian music.
There will be many children's activities including a Nick Toons 5-in-1 inflatable game. It contains five different fun sections: a jumping area, an inflated basketball hoop, vertical and horizontal pillars, a ramp to climb up and a slide to go down.
The festivities will begin at 4 p.m. on Sunday. The church is located at 9259 Hixson Pike, across from the entrance to Lakesite in Soddy Daisy.
Senior Pastor Marcus J. Clagg welcomes the entire Lakesite, Hixson, and Soddy Daisy communities to the event.
