Chattanooga Jury Finds March Guilty In Nashville Trial posted August 17, 2006 A Chattanooga jury on Thursday found Nashville attorney Perry March guilty of second-degree murder in the slaying of his wife, Janet, a decade ago. The jury, chosen in Chattanooga and bused to Nashville for the trial of the highly-publicized case, deliberated just under two days. March was also convicted of abusing a corpse and tampering with evidence. He faces 15-25 years at 85 percent for the second-degree murder. He earlier got years at 30 percent for theft, conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation to commit murder. |
