9 Candidates Apply To Take Place Of Justice Birch

There are nine applicants to fill a vacancy on the Tennessee Supreme
Court.

Candidates are from West and Middle Tennessee for the vacancy created by the retirement of Justice A.A. Birch, the only black member of the high court.
