Rudy Giuliani To Campaign For Corker In Chattanooga posted October 20, 2006 Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will be in Chattanooga to campaign for U.S. Senate candidate Bob Corker on Monday. It was first announced that they would visit Fire Station #1 at 218 E. Main St. at 12:25 p.m. However, the Corker campaign later said Giuliani would be with Corker at Lovell Field at 12:10 p.m. He will also attend a luncheon Monday at the home of Eileen and John Thornton at 12 Rivervista Dr. That will be a $500 per person event. Mayor Giuliani gained fame for his actions as New York's mayor at the time of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. |
