Duncan & Hatcher Adds Three Associate Attorneys

The law firm of Duncan & Hatcher, P.C., located in downtown Chattanooga, announced the addition of three new associate attorneys.

April Perry Randle is a year 2000 graduate of Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kan., and served as law clerk to a Federal Court of Appeals judge in the District of Columbia before returning to Chattanooga to practice law. Ms. Randle practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer protection, domestic relations and commercial litigation.

Michael L. Acuff is a 1986 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law who comes to Duncan & Hatcher from the Hamilton County public defender’s office. He recently was a candidate for General Sessions Judge and practices in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, personal injury and domestic relations. Mr. Acuff holds the rank of lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserves.

Allison L. Botos is a 2006 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and recently passed the Tennessee bar exam. She will be practicing in the areas of real estate law and commercial litigation. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and was born and raised in south Florida.

Duncan & Hatcher is a full service law firm and is listed on Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
