North Georgia Students Among Blacksmithing Artists

North Georgia students enrolled in the Blacksmithing class at Northwestern Technical College have their works on display at the Northwestern Technical College library.

Some pieces were for show, while others were on sale to the public. Prices for the pieces ranged from $5 to $250.

"This is a hands-on course we offer at night that anyone can take and learn an incredible art form," said Ringgold resident, Donald Collins, the Northwestern Technical College Blacksmithing instructor. The class is available every quarter and is offered every Tuesday and Thursday night. Deadline to sign-up for the winter quarter class is Dec. 22. Classes begin on campus Jan. 4.
