Disguise Cell Towers As Tall Trees
posted December 13, 2006

I would like to suggest a new approach to the cell towers that companies are wanting to build.

This summer I visited the New England atates, and in Vermont and New Hampshire it is very hard to see the cell towers because they are built just like an evergreen tree.

You really have to look hard to see that they are cell towers.

The "tree" is green, and limbs are coming out of the "trunk."

I asked my host if they had trouble with this type, and the reply was no. In fact, the law is that the cell towers must fit in with the geographical features.

This area has a lot of evergreen trees, as does Tennessee. This may be something to consider.
