Academy Sports + Outdoors To Open At Circuit City Site
Academy Sports + Outdoors will open a unit in Chattanooga at the former Circuit City property at 2206 Hamilton Place Boulevard. Jeff Jennings, CCIM of NAI Charter Real Estate Corporation, announced the sale of the 39,000-square-foot building on 3.73 acres. It sold for $2,350,000.
