Ezekiel Coleman, 68, of Chattanooga died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2002, in a local hospital.
He was retired from Chattanooga Glass Company. He was a deacon at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church and was also a member of the Masonic lodge and of the Elks lodge.
Mr. Coleman was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Coleman; mother, Viola Thornton; son, Labron (Lisa) Coleman; daughters, Viola Chandler and Latisha (Woodrow) Wright; five sisters, Barbara, Chattanooga, Christine, Rose Mary, Shirley and Evelena, all of Buford, S.C.; three brothers, David, Chattanooga, Willie and James, both of Buford; several grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. James Calhoun and Harold K. Lester officiating.
Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday in the family room from 2-6 p.m. Family will greet visitors from 6-7 p.m.
