Rachel Ann Coots, 31, of Soddy-Daisy, died on Saturday, September 22, 2007.
She is survived by her children, Jacob Riness and Autumn Holt; mother, Patricia Coots; brothers, Tron, Adama and Jason Coots; grandmother, Peggy Woodfine; Uncle, Michael Woodfine; several cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday at Cross of Calvary Community Church with Rev. Kenneth Morgan officiating. Interment will be 10 a.m. on Friday in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until service time at the church.
