Frances Loy
Frances Elizabeth Smith Loy, of Chattanooga, born February 13, 1915, died on January 10, 2009.
Mrs. Loy was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was a member of Mt. Meadows Church of God in Ooltewah, Tn.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Loy, Sr.; daughter, Mary Evelyn Holland; son, Kenneth Loy, Sr.; parents, George and Margaret Smith; sister, Olive Crutchfield and brother, George Smith; grandsons, Garry Loy and Michael Bowling.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Pat Loy of Chattanooga; three daughters and sons-in-law, Katherine and Landon Harrison of Flat Rock, Al., Linda and James Bowling of Rossville, Ga., and Patsy and David Gibson Sr. of Powder Springs, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Gayla Loy of Rossville; 16 grandchildren, 30 two great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren; very special caregiver, Judy Harrison White of Rossville, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend James Sprayberry officiating. Interment will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville.
