Robert Blake Parrish, 76, of East Ridge, died on Monday, January 12, 2009.

He was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church, a veteran of the Air Force and retired from McKee Baking Company.

After an extended illness, Blake is survived by his loving and devoted family. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Joyce Brown Parrish; three sons and daughters-in-law, Dwight and Beverly Parrish, Stephen and Tina Parrish and John David and Tonya Parrish; daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Bobby Broom; twelve grandchildren, Winston, Savannah, Scarlet, Sophia, Lauren, Whitney, Conard, Joel, Jeremiah, Becca, Caylee and Caleb Parrish, brother, Fred Parrish, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Asbury Chapel of Highland Park Baptist Church from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday and 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday.

Dr. David Bouler, Dr. Ralph Sexton and Stephen Parrish will conduct the service in Asbury Chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
