Northwest Georgia Students Receive Honors

The following Catoosa County Residents have earned academic honors at Northwestern Technical College, a unit of the Technical College System of Georgia, for the 2008 Fall Quarter.

­­­ Forty-Two Northwestern Technical College students from Catoosa County were recently named to the President’s List. To be eligible for this list the student must maintain a quarterly GPA of 3.8 or higher with a course load of at least 12 credit hours. They are: Neal Barrett, Matthew Brady, John Burk, Nathan Chubbuck, Stephanie Clark, Brynn Cochran, Shelby Coots, Brittney Crawford, Shawnee Crumley, Ashley Dean, Kelly Dodds, Casey Dover, Amanda Duncan, William Durham, Houston Ewton, Jessica Fowler, Corneliu Geabou, Tiffany Hillhouse, Paula Hooton, Patricia Hundl, Candi Irvin, Kara Jordan, Cynthia Judd, Matthew Loyack, April Maddox, Kendra Mason, Christopher McCormick, Christie Morris, Kevin Murdoch, Allen Pinson, Vanessa Rogers, Zachary Shurm, Stephanie Simmons, Tommy Southerland, Melodye Stephens, Sarah Tripp, Amber Walker, Kevin Ward, Gena Williams, Donald Wilson, and Donna Woods.

To be eligible for this list the student must maintain a quarterly GPA of 3.5 to 3.79 with a course load of at least 12 credit hours. They are: Amanda Blakely, Lisa Brown, David Canterbury, Lauren Cavin, Stephanie Chandler, Jessica Dullen, Diane Dye, Scott Federico, Joseph Gass, Amanda Griffits, Corey Hash, Christina Huerta, Katherine Kelly, Jeremy Kimball, Donna Leath, Levi Lujan, Marsha Magill, Jennifer Medford, Penny Miller, Jeri Mitchell, Jennifer Richardson, Michael Shaver, Jr., Jerry Thomison, Andrea Vice, Ethan Williams, Ashley Wooden, and Melissa Worley.

Twelve Northwestern Technical College students from Dade County were recently named to the Merit List. To be eligible for this list the student must maintain a quarterly GPA of 3.5 to 3.79 with a course load of at least 12 credit hours. They are: Alexandra Barton, Christopher Brown, Dale Delay, Nancy Jeffrey, Noah McDaniel, Jessica McMahan, Lisa McMahan, Larry Pangle, Carley Payne, Charlisa, Smith, Lacey Smith, and Thomas Wynn.
