First Volunteer Mortgage Loan Officers Recognized

First Volunteer Bank Mortgage Loan Officers Sandy Hodges and Gaye DeMars were recognized by the Chattanooga Mortgage Banker Association as two of the top mortgage producers within the organization for 2011. 

Ms. DeMars was awarded the Mortgage Banker’s Bronze Award, and Mr. Hodges was awarded the Mortgage Banker’s Silver Award.  Both have received numerous awards from the Mortgage Banker Association; with Mr. Hodges being named Mortgage Banker of the Year in 2007. 

“We are extremely proud of the success both Gaye and Sandy achieved in 2011. The mortgage area is an important part of our banking operations and we want to continue our tradition of having knowledgeable and experienced bankers servicing our customers,” said First Volunteer President and CEO Patti Steele. 

Mr. Hodges, a seasoned veteran, has 35 years of mortgage experience. Ms. DeMars offers customers 20 years of lending experience and 5 years of real estate sales experience.
