Fae Omega Ware Ensley, 88, of Ringgold, died on Monday, April 30, 2012 at an assisted living facility.
She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior on Sept. 21, 1935, and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Ensley; father and mother, John and Annie Watkins Ware; four sisters, Tennie, Will Ann, Ida Mae and Gertrude, and six brothers, Ike, Bill, Date, David, Ted and Andy Joe.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Chester and (Jeannie) Ensley; daughter, Angelene Reich of Atlanta; two granddaughters, Karen and (Richard) Loftin and Kristy Ensley; two great grandchildren, Aiden James (AJ) Loftin and Bailey Christine Loftin; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving neighbors and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2, in the Wallis-Stewart Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes with Reverend Sally Ensley officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, and prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the Wallis-Stewart Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes, Ringgold.
