The Stuffing Strut will be Nov. 28, from 8 a.m.-9:30 p.m. at Chester Frost Park.
The Stuffing Strut is an opportunity to raise funds so that schools and charitable organizations can help during this time of year. Concern over the health and well-being of families in North Hamilton County has led to this Thanksgiving Day event. All proceeds go directly to Soddy Daisy Food Bank, Dallas Bay Firefighters Children's Fund, Hixson Middle School, Sale Creek Middle School, Loftis Middle School, and Soddy Middle School, benefiting benevolent children who attend.
Organizers said, "Work with members in your community and make a difference. With your help, we can give back to our community."
Registration Fees:
Individual $20 (before Nov. 16), $25 (after Nov. 16)
Juniors (12 and under) $10 (before Nov. 16), $10 (after Nov. 16)
Group rates are available.
Registration Information: Junior walkers (12 and under) are welcome to walk for free with a registered adult; however, no shirts are provided for these walkers.
Pre-registered walkers may pick up T-shirts on Nov. 26, at Dallas Bay Baptist Church between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. T-shirts are only guaranteed for pre-registered walkers before Nov. 16.
