Terry Anthony Kincer Jr., age 31, of 30 Orchard Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested December 06, 2013 for Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Bench Warrant and Bond Surrender for Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Kincer remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Melissa Robin Ann Lane, age 26, of 206 Woodlawn Drive Rossville, GA was arrested December 06, 2013 for two counts of Forgery 1st Degree. Lane was released on $7,000 bond.
Lindsay Nicole Wheat, age 26, of 130 Back Draft Lane Rossville, GA was arrested December 08, 2013 for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Probation Violation for Financial Identity Fraud. No bond has been set. Wheat remains incarcerated at CCDC.
