Bertha McKeehan Carlock, 83, of Rocky Face, GA, died on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her son, James Lamar Carlock; and eight siblings.

She was of the Christian Faith.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Albert Sherman Carlock of the residence; son & daughter-in-law, Gary & Brenda Carlock of Rocky Face; two grandchildren and spouces, Chris & Stacie Carlock and Spencer & April Carlock, all of Rocky Face; three great-grandchildren, McCall, Coty and Alexus Carlock, all of Rocky Face; special niece, Matilda McKeehan of Rocky Face; and other nieces and nephews.

The funeral service to honor the life of Bertha McKeehan Carlock will be held Friday, February 21, at 2 p.m. at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dunnagan Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, February 20 from 6-9 p.m. 

Funeral arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Westside Chapel, Rocky Face.
