Cecelia Smith Willoughby, 75, died on Monday, May 4, 2015 at NHC Parkwood.
She was a Christian and a great wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, May 12, at Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Carlos Williams officiating. Interment will be in National Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Monday, May 11, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
