Rayfield Williamson, 75, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, January 8, 2016 in a local hospital. 

He retired from Central Transport after many years of service.  He was a member of Greater Community Church of Chattanooga. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Julia Williamson. 

Survivors include his wife, Connie Williamson; sons, Calvin Williamson of Cleveland, OH, Jayson (Hilda) Williamson, Bryan Williamson, and Raynard Williamson; daughters, LaTicia (Christopher) Sims, Michelle Hart, and Anita Morgan, all of Chattanooga; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Visitation is on Friday, Jan. 15, from 6-7 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will be on Saturday, Jan. 16, at noon at Greater Community Church of Chattanooga with Pastor J. Anthony Taylor as the eulogist. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
