Virginia Wrinkle
Virginia Stanfiel Wrinkle, 87, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, in a local health care facility.
She was born on Aug. 1, 1929, in Chattanooga, to the late Ray and Nell Stanfiel.
She was a member of Chamberlain Memorial Baptist Church and was retired from the Electric Power Board following 41 years of service.
Her husband, Robert “Bob” Wrinkle and brothers, Jim and Bob Stanfiel and nephew, Bill Stanfiel preceded her in death.
Suvivors include her stepsons, Reggie and Dewayne Wrinkle of Hixson; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Stanfiel of Chattanooga, and Kaye Stanfiel of Harrison; three nieces, Jan Camp, Chattanooga; Robin Wright, Marietta, Ga.; Kathryn Brown, Harrison; one nephew, Bob Stanfiel, Jr., Hill City, SD; four grandnieces, Sarah Beth Camp, Leanne Camp, and Savannah Raye Camp, Chattanooga; and Shelby Jean Stanfiel, Tulare.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Oct. 14, from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Reverend David Burkhart officiating.
