Claude West, 80, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, died on Friday, June 3, 2016 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Montine West; sisters, Vernice Roberts, Kathleen McHan, Betty Jo Gooch and Louise Smith; brothers, Harold, Frank, Davis, Herman and Gene West.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Debra Key West, of Tunnel Hill; sons & daughters-in-law, Claude Bryan West, Darren West and Danny West all of Chatsworth, Matt & Mandy Key of Calhoun, Jason & Krystal Key of Tunnel Hill, Jeremy Key of Calhoun; daughters and sons-in-law, Dana Lynn and Mitchell Lee of Lake City, FL, Sabrina & Gary McCurdy of Tunnel Hill; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Carolyn West of Cleveland, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Herbie Hudgins of Gainesville, GA; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Monday, June 6, at 11 a.m. at Julian Peeples Rocky Face Chapel with Rev. Gary Osteen and Rev. Hugh Hubbard officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, June 5, from 4-8 p.m.
