Patricia Diane "Patty" Sneed, 57, of Menlo, Georgia, died on Sunday, August 14, 2016, at her residence.
Mrs. Sneed was born Feb. 25, 1959, in Summerville, Ga, daughter of the late Samuel James and Shirley Pritchett Goodridge. She was a member of the Menlo First Baptist Church. She was employed as a Registered Nurse with Augusta University. She was the best wife ever, and was a wonderful aunt to her numerous nieces and nephew.
Mrs. Sneed is survived by her husband, Mitchell Leslie Sneed; brother, Sammy Goodridge; sisters, Beverly Wilson, Lori Patterson, Angie Benton, and Robin Cavin; and parents, Doyle and Joyce Brown.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sneed will be held privately. Interment will be in the Greenhills Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Austin Patterson, Yancey Parris, Matthew Willingham, Eric Sneed, Brian Sneed, and Justin Goodridge. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Sneed, and the W.M.U. and Ladies of the Menlo First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Sneed will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday.
