Blanche Rogers, 93, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017, in a local hospital.
Blanche was retired from Charleston Hosiery Mill and was of Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Rogers; siblings, Mittie Newman, Fred McFalls, Rev. Beecher McFalls and Fredia McFalls.
She is survived by her son and his wife, Danny and Kathy Romine of Cleveland; grandson, David Dilbeck and his wife, Julie Bowman Dilbeck; granddaughter, Joann Ramey and fiancée, Harley Donaldson; great-grandchildren, Harley Dilbeck, Zachary Dilbeck, Layla Pitts, April Pitts and Maya- Sue Ramey; sister, Jessie Beaty; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Rosie Waldon.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 6, at 8 p.m. in the chapel of Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Hood officiating.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 6, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be held on Tuesday, February 7, at 11 a.m. at Triplett Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Dr. Balram Chhajwani, Nick Nakdimen and the folks at Bradley Dialysis Clinic for the tender loving care they took of Blanche.
