Dollar General Stores in Lookout Valley and East Ridge have sold for over $3.4 million.

The store at 151  Browns Ferry Road near I-24 sold for $1,917,738.

The store at 5707 Ringgold Road sold for $1,526,269.

The sales were to Wim Dg Portfolio Owner Llc from Dgchtn001 Llc.
