Historic Fort Wood Apartments Sold For $3,290,000

The historic Fort Wood Apartments have sold for $3,290,000.

The sale was to Eh Fort Wood Llc from Rbr Properties Llc.

The apartment building was built in the 1920s by Sam Read, operator of the Read House. His home was nearby on Vine Street.

The complex was extensively restored in the 1980s.

It includes a large tearoom.
