Signal Mountain Middle/High School's Signal Corps Marching Band earned Class 1A Outstanding Performance at the 2018 Bands of America Regional Championship.
It was held at McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Ga.
This was a higher level competition than usual and the first time participating at BOA. The competition included bands from seven states.
Signal Corps swept all categories in its division: Visual, General and BOA Class 1A Champions.
