ChattaNeuter will host the second annual FEED Co. dinner and fundraiser on Thursday, Nov. 15. Chef Charlie Loomis will create a dinner of courses designed to be matched with the selected beers featured for each course.
Guests will be treated to a souvenir glass to celebrate the second year of ChattaNeuter, Chattanooga’s spay/neuter clinic. In less than two years ChattaNeuter has spayed and neutered over 10,000 dogs and cats, which in turn has saved thousands of lives by preventing unwanted litters. Hundreds of unwanted dogs and cats reside at local shelters and the only way to fix that problem is to fix those animals; ChattaNeuter is dedicated to doing just that, said officials.
With partners at the Humane Educational Society, East Ridge Animal Shelter and dozens of rescue groups, ChattaNeuter is spaying its way out of the homeless animal situation in Chattanooga. Low cost -- and in some cases free -- spay/neuter is the goal of the clinic and that goal is being reached, one animal at a time.
This fundraiser will allow guests to enjoy Chef Loomis’ award winning creations and sample beers along with the dinner. Tickets are $50 per person and the event sold out in its inaugural season last year.
