The Cheesecake Factory Now Hiring For New Chattanooga Location

The Cheesecake Factory, named to the FORTUNE “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for five consecutive years, is opening a new location in Chattanooga this December, and is looking to hire 270 staff members to join the team.

Hospitality-minded individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in an energetic, fun environment are encouraged to apply online now for positions such as line cooks, prep cooks, bartenders, cashiers, servers, dishwashers, bussers and hosts, said officials. 

Located at Hamilton Place, the new restaurant will feature The Cheesecake Factory’s signature menu with more than 250 selections including nearly 50 lower calorie SkinnyLicious selections – all handmade, in-house with fresh ingredients – and more than 50 cheesecakes and desserts.

Firefighters Put Out Fire At The Lantern At Morning Pointe On Shallowford Road

Shortly after noon on Sunday, Chattanooga firefighters responded to a fire at The Lantern at Morning Point, at 7620 Shallowford Road. Battalion Chief Brandon Schroyer said the firefighters located the fire in a laundry room, and with help from the facility's sprinkler system, contained the fire to that room.
