Bennie Manning
Bennie Lamar Manning, 81, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, November 12, 2018.
He was born on May 29, 1937, in Chattanooga, to the late Albert Lee and Fannie Christine Manning. He was preceded in death by his children, Steve (Shelby) Manning and Richard Manning; brothers, Willard Manning, Ernest Manning, and Jimmy Manning.
Survivor include his wife of 64 years, Sarah Manning; granddaughter, Stephanie Long; great grandsons, David Massengale and Steven Massengale; sisters, Theresa Daniels, and Joyce Wright; brother, Holbert Manning.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hooker Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16.
