Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area hosted its annual Raise the Roof fundraiser at the Chattanooga Convention and Trade Center. The event exceeded its $70,000 goal and raised $100,000.
“We are extremely proud of how much we were able to raise,” said David Butler, president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga. “We look forward to continuing our mission to provide strong and stable homes in the local community.”
Associate Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church, founder of Fresh Raise for Life Ministries and associate general counsel of Habitat for Humanity International Natosha Reid Rise delivered the keynote address.
Alexis and Barry Bogo were the honorary event chairs for this year’s fundraiser.
