Bradley Central High School’s A/V Production Program has received a $5,000 donation from Burris Construction for use in purchasing equipment and supplies.

These funds will support BEAR Network LIVE Streaming of school and community events.

“Dee Burris of Burris Construction is extremely gracious to our A/V Program," said Mr. Gwen Shroyer, the A/V Production Program instructor. “These funds will be a huge benefit to the students and how we incorporate needed technology into every learning experience.”

Students develop production skills in the program needed for careers in communications as well as a variety of other rewarding professions.

BCHS senior Tara Davis states, “My accomplishments as a student in Broadcast News Production at Bradley Central, such as winning first place at TN SkillsUSA last year, is partly due to having great equipment and resources in our classroom and studio. I appreciate Mr. Burris for helping our program with this donation.”
