The Oak Tree Apartments at 7655 Austin Dr., have sold for $6,290,000.

They are located at Bonny Oaks near the Driver Training Center.

The apartments are described as "a small but convenient and classy townhouse style community situated just two miles from VW and Amazon and just off of Bonny Oaks Drive."

The sale was to Chattanooga Equity Partners Llc from Pioneer Peak Properties Llc.
