CCS, Boyd-Buchanan Post Basketball Wins

Both the CCS and Boyd-Buchanan basketball teams won girls and boys games on Saturday.

The CCS girls were led by Mary Vandergriff and Madison Blevins who had 15 each in their 71-52 win over LFO.  Macy Gregg led LFO with 28 points.  CCS took a big 21-8 lead after the first quarter and led 39-15 at the half. 

The CCS boys beat LFO 74-47 after a big first half.  CCS led 19-9 after the first quarter and led 41-22 at the half.  CCS's Michael Houge led all scorers with 22 points.

The Boyd-Buchanan girls won their match up with Calvary Christian 59-6 led by Macy Balthrop and Yani Garner both had 11 points each.   

Eli Evans led the Boyd-Buchanan boys team with 22 points in their 70-47 win over Calvary Christian.
